No travel fees across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie or Port Stephens.

Coverage durations
You only pay for the time you need. Whether you are after a 3-hour elopement, 6-hour coverage or a full day from getting ready to the last dance, there is a package built for it.
3hr
Short and intimate — registry weddings, courthouse ceremonies and elopements where you want the vows, the portraits and the moment, without paying for a full day.
6hr
Ceremony through to early reception — the sweet spot for couples who want the key moments covered without the full-day commitment.
All day · unlimited
Getting ready to the last dance — unlimited hours means I stay for the whole day. Choose based on inclusions: prints, albums, canvas and a second photographer.
Need something in between? Additional hours can be purchased on any package — send an enquiry and I will build the coverage around your day.
Coverage by the hour
The real package tiers are three hours, six hours, and all-day unlimited. If you need something in between — a two-hour ceremony, four hours, or eight hours — you build it by adding optional hours to the tier closest to your day.
2 hour wedding photography newcastle
Elopement Style — 3 hours
3 hours is the minimum tier (no separate 2-hour package)
There is no two-hour package — three hours is the shortest tier, and it comfortably covers a two-hour ceremony and a short portrait session. The three-hour minimum keeps the editing, gallery delivery and backup gear consistent across every package.
4 hour wedding photographer newcastle
Elopement Style — 3 hours
+ 1 additional hour at $200 (pre-booked)
Add a single additional hour to the three-hour Elopement Style package for a four-hour window — enough for getting ready, the ceremony and golden-hour portraits without the full-day commitment. Additional hours are $200 each when booked in advance, up to a maximum of three.
6 hour wedding photographer newcastle
Streamline — 6 hours
Exact match — no add-ons needed
The Streamline package is six hours of coverage — ceremony through to early reception. It is the sweet spot for couples who want the key moments captured beautifully without paying for the full evening, and the only tier that maps exactly to a six-hour wedding.
8 hour wedding photographer newcastle
Streamline — 6 hours, or Fasttrack — all day
+ 2 hours at $200/hr, or step up to unlimited all-day
Two paths to eight hours: extend the six-hour Streamline package with two additional hours ($200 per hour booked in advance), or step up to the Fasttrack collection — all day, unlimited hours — which covers an eight-hour wedding and everything around it for one all-inclusive price. Once you need more than seven hours, the unlimited all-day tier is usually better value.
half day wedding photographer newcastle
Streamline — 6 hours
6 hours = a half day of coverage
A half-day wedding photographer package is the six-hour Streamline tier. It covers the ceremony, family groupings, cocktail hour and the first dance — the heart of the day — and leaves before the reception runs long.
full day wedding photographer newcastle
Fasttrack, Contemporary or Swish — all day, unlimited hours
Unlimited hours — getting ready to the last dance
Full-day coverage means unlimited hours — getting ready through to the last dance. The Fasttrack, Contemporary and Swish collections all offer all-day coverage; the difference is inclusions (prints, albums, canvas and a second photographer), never editing quality.
Optional additional hours
$200 per hour when booked in advance (max 3 hours), or $250 per hour if added on the day — available on the 3-hour Elopement Style and 6-hour Streamline packages. The all-day tiers already include unlimited hours.
Duration questions, answered
The shortest package is the three-hour Elopement Style at $995, which comfortably covers a two-hour ceremony plus a short portrait session. There is no separate two-hour tier — the three-hour minimum keeps the editing, gallery delivery and backup gear consistent across every package. For a registry ceremony or courthouse wedding where you only need the vows and a handful of portraits, the three-hour package is the most affordable entry point.
Yes. Add a single additional hour to the three-hour Elopement Style package — $200 per hour when booked in advance, up to a maximum of three extra hours — for a four-hour window. That is enough for getting ready, the ceremony and a golden-hour portrait session. If your day runs closer to six hours, the Streamline package is better value than building four hours from add-ons.
The Streamline package is six hours of coverage for $1,750, covering the ceremony through to early reception. It is the most popular tier for couples who want the key moments — vows, family groupings, cocktail hour and the first dance — without paying for the full evening. Six hours is what most Newcastle couples think of as a half-day wedding photographer package.
Two paths: extend the six-hour Streamline package with two additional hours ($200 per hour booked in advance, up to a maximum of three extra hours), or step up to the Fasttrack collection at $2,595 — all day, unlimited hours — which covers an eight-hour wedding and everything around it for one all-inclusive price. The Fasttrack route is usually better value once you need more than seven hours, because the unlimited-hours tier removes the per-hour math entirely.
The half-day tier is the six-hour Streamline package at $1,750. It includes all images from your day, a fully edited online gallery with colour and black-and-white versions, a slideshow of highlights set to music, two A3 prints or a 24-inch canvas, and delivery within 48 hours. Half-day coverage suits couples who want the ceremony and reception highlights without the full-day commitment.
Full-day coverage means unlimited hours — getting ready through to the last dance. The Fasttrack ($2,595), Contemporary ($3,495) and Swish ($5,195) collections all offer all-day coverage. The difference between them is inclusions: prints, canvases, a wedding album, parent albums and, on the Swish tier, a second professional photographer. Every full-day package includes all images, full editing and a 48-hour gallery — no travel fees across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie or Port Stephens.
Yes. Additional hours are available on the Elopement Style (3-hour) and Streamline (6-hour) packages at $200 per hour when booked in advance, up to a maximum of three extra hours, or $250 per hour if added on the day. This lets you build 4-hour, 5-hour, 7-hour or 8-hour coverage from the tier closest to your day. The all-day tiers — Fasttrack, Contemporary and Swish — already include unlimited hours, so no add-on hours are needed there.

Budget questions, answered
Yes — two packages sit under two thousand dollars. The Elopement Style is $995 for three hours of coverage (ceremony, portraits and a small gathering), and the Streamline is $1,750 for six hours (ceremony through to early reception). Both include all images from your day, a fully edited online gallery, colour and black-and-white versions, and delivery within 48 hours. No travel fees across Newcastle or Lake Macquarie.
Three packages fall under three thousand dollars: the $995 Elopement Style, the $1,750 Streamline and the $2,595 Fasttrack. The Fasttrack collection is all-day, unlimited-hour coverage — getting ready through to the last dance — making it the most coverage per dollar in the range. Three packages under $3,000, no hidden fees, no travel charges anywhere in NSW.
Four of the five packages sit under five thousand dollars: Elopement Style ($995), Streamline ($1,750), Fasttrack ($2,595) and Contemporary ($3,495). The Contemporary collection adds a wedding album and parent album to all-day coverage. Only the Swish collection at $5,195 — with a second photographer and premium albums — sits above this bracket.
Yes. Every package is built around transparent, all-inclusive pricing — the price you see is the full cost, with no hidden album fees, editing charges or travel costs for Newcastle and Lake Macquarie weddings. The range runs from $995 to $5,195, with three packages under $3,000, so couples can choose the coverage that fits their budget without sacrificing editing quality, gallery delivery or backup gear.
Yes. The same packages apply across the Hunter Valley, with no travel fees for the journey itself — Hunter Valley weddings may include a modest, upfront travel component that is always quoted as part of your package, never added as a surprise. The $995 Elopement Style and $1,750 Streamline are the most popular budget options for Hunter Valley couples, and the $100 Wet Weather Insurance is available for outdoor vineyard ceremonies. Small days, big meaning
Not every wedding needs a guest list of 150. If you are planning something intimate — just the two of you, a handful of witnesses, a clifftop or a vineyard row — the Elopement Style package is built for it. As a micro wedding photographer Newcastle couples come to for small, unhurried days, I meet you wherever the light is best and stay for three hours of honest, cinematic coverage.
Enquire about your elopementChoosing your coverage
The right wedding photography package is the one that covers the parts of the day you actually want to keep — and nothing you do not. Most couples fall into one of three shapes, and once you know which one is yours, the choice becomes straightforward.
If your day is small and intimate — an elopement, a registry wedding, a ceremony with twenty of your closest people — the three-hour Elopement Style package captures the vows, a short portrait session and the people who matter, without paying for hours you will not use. It is the most affordable way to get a fully edited, professional gallery, and for many couples it is genuinely all they want.
If you want the key moments without the full evening — ceremony, family groupings, cocktail hour and the first dance — the six-hour Streamline package is the sweet spot. It covers the moments a gallery is built around, and leaves before the reception runs long. For couples whose budget stretches further, the all-day tiers (Fasttrack, Contemporary and Swish) follow the whole story from getting ready to the dance floor, with golden hour portraits built in.
If you want every angle covered — large guest counts, two getting-ready locations, or a reception you do not want to miss a minute of — the Swish collection adds a second photographer and the premium album and canvases. A second photographer is valuable once you pass roughly a hundred guests, because it allows simultaneous coverage of both partners getting ready and different angles during the ceremony.
The simplest way to decide is to list the moments you cannot imagine your gallery without — getting ready, the first look, the ceremony, golden hour, the dance floor — and then match the coverage hours to that list. Every package below can be customised with add-ons like a second photographer, an engagement session or a fine-art album, so you are never locked into a tier. If you are unsure, send a general enquiry with your rough guest count and the parts of the day you care about, and I will help you choose — no pressure, no upsell.
